Chief, a brand of Legrand | AV and an industry leader in AV mounting solutions, is now providing white-glove direct view LED installation services for the TiLED™ LED Video Wall Mounting System.

Chief recognizes risk mitigation is always top of mind when it comes to dvLED installations: from selecting displays and mounting systems to design configurations and securing skilled labor. The Legrand | AV installation team provides the level of service needed for successful LED video wall projects.

New TiLED™ Solution Services offer three levels of one-on-one direct view LED support to overcome common challenges:

Assisted Services: When advice or guidance with any part of the installation process is needed, the Legrand | AV tech support team is just a click away. Online access to spec and configuration tools like MountFinder™ and the TiLED™ LED Video Wall Configurator also offer quick, convenient assistance.
Expanded Services: Personalized design consultation is available with Legrand | AV Sales, Product Management and Engineering professionals for overall solution design.
Amplified Services: Start-to-finish consultation of dvLED projects including customized design, engineered solutions, and labor assistance.
